How does GreenPacific Capital work?
GreenPacific Capital is a private, secure and simple-to-use online platform for accredited investors to access, review and invest in commercial opportunities. Using the platform, investors can inspect investment offers and materials, such as legal documents and due diligence items, allowing them to make informed investment decisions.
What does Prefunded mean?
All the investments offered on the GreenPacific Capital investment platform are already prefunded.
This means GreenPacific Capital has already paid the full loan amount to the Borrower.
How Does The Process Work?
How Do I Invest?
1. Review the potential investment and make sure you understand the risk.
2. Sign up and follow the steps to register as an accredited investor.
3. Once you are approved as an accredited investor review the material and upon your successful due diligence follow the last step to invest.
How do I fund my investment?
The method to fund your investment is done via wire transfer. You will receive instructions via email and you are responsible to initiate payment to GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL LLC once your accredited investor status is confirmed.
A wire Transfer can take up to 5 business days before we receive your investment. The investment is only complete once we have received your payment.
Can I Invest via a self-directed IRA?
Self-directed IRAs can invest in a GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL investment but they require custodian involvement and approval before an investment can be consummated. This process creates delay and involves manual processes that reduce the efficiency of the GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL platform.

Once you link your self-directed IRA to GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL with a bank account, you can transfer funds immediately.
Can I invest through my LLC, LP or Trust?
Yes, you can invest through an entity or trust. We will likely need some additional information concerning an investing entity, such as the articles of organization or the governing trust documents. Generally speaking, each owner of an entity, or each beneficiary of a trust, must themselves be an accredited investor, or else the entity must have total assets in excess of $5,000,000.

Does GreenPacific Capital provide investment advice?
No, we and our affiliates do not make any recommendations or provide any investment advice.
What is my investment?
All our investment is based on senior debt in real asset as collateral.
What is my return?
Your return is fixed 9% p.a.
When do I get paid?
You will get paid the interest and a part of the principal every quarter throughout your investment.
Once the investment is scheduled to end you will receive the rest of the principal that have not been repaid during the investment.
What are GreenPacific Capital Fees?
Management Fee:
GreenPacific Capital LLC collects a management fee of 1% annually.
Account Fee:
These is an account fee at $100 for the first year and thereafter $50 per year.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment is $10,000.
The maximum investment varies from each investment.
Can the Borrower repay earlier?
Yes, borrowers have the right to repay the loans early.
Can I liquidate my investment?
Currently, you will not be able to liquidate your investment or make changes. If in case of emergency please contact investments@GreenPacificCapital.com
How is documentation handled?
When the investment is initially posted on our platform for review, you will be able to browse the draft documents at that time or as soon as they are made available. All signatures will be executed electronically with a fully-executed electronic version both emailed to you as well as a copy kept in your investor dashboard.

Who Can Invest?
Who Can Invest?
You will have to be an accredited investor to invest with GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL.
The SEC defines accredited investors as a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, excluding the value of the primary residence of such person; or a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
What if I am not an accredited investor?
Currently you will not be able to invest if you are not an accredited investor.
Under the SEC rules, we may only accept investments from accredited investors.
Tax and Legal
How will I handle my tax?
All tax and financial documentation related to your investment is uploaded to your secured GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL Investor Dashboard.
GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL use SPV ( ) as the legal structure for the investments. SPV offerings will produce a K-1 form that will state interest income, which is typically reported as ordinary income.
What if something happens to GreenPacific Capital?
Each investment has a separate LLC and in the event that GREENPACIFIC CAPITAL should not be able to continue it’s services a trust company will be appointed to manage the LLCs.
What if something happens to my investment?
In the event something happens to your investment the Originator will mitigate with the Borrower and ensure the best outcome for the investor.
